AI Processing

Proposal and analysis requests may be processed by third-party AI providers configured by Bidwise. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information, bank details, or secrets in proposal inputs.

Storage and Security

Bidwise uses signed session cookies, request throttling, and server-side plan enforcement. Depending on deployment configuration, usage data may be stored in a hosted backend such as Redis or another managed data service.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for account access, subscription enforcement, operational debugging, legal obligations, and product security.
